The Global Journal of Dental Specialty (GJDS) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and originality. All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using Turnitin before they are considered for peer review. Authors are required to submit a Turnitin Similarity Report along with their manuscript at the time of submission.
Authors must ensure that:
A Turnitin Similarity Report is submitted with the manuscript.
The manuscript is original and unpublished.
All sources are properly cited and referenced.
Any reused material has appropriate permission where required.
The Editorial Office carefully evaluates similarity reports for plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, and excessive text overlap. Where necessary, authors may be asked to revise their manuscript, provide clarification, or submit additional supporting information before further consideration.
The journal reserves the right to conduct plagiarism checks at any stage of the editorial or publication process. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism or other forms of publication misconduct may be rejected, corrected, or retracted in accordance with the recommendations of COPE and ICMJE.
