Time management is widely recognized as a critical determinant of academic achievement and student success in educational settings. Effective time management enables learners to organize academic tasks, prioritize responsibilities, reduce stress, and enhance productivity. In an era characterized by increasing academic demands, digital distractions, and flexible learning environments, students must develop strong time management competencies to achieve educational goals. This study investigates the relationship between time management skills and educational outcomes among university students. A mixed-method research design was employed using a simulated sample of 3,000 undergraduate students from diverse academic disciplines. Quantitative analyses examined associations between time management practices and academic performance, while qualitative findings explored student perceptions regarding study habits and productivity. Results indicate that students with strong time management skills demonstrate higher Grade Point Averages (GPAs), improved course completion rates, greater academic engagement, and lower stress levels. Planning, prioritization, scheduling, and self-discipline emerged as significant predictors of educational success. The study concludes that time management skills play a vital role in enhancing academic outcomes and preparing students for lifelong personal and professional effectiveness.
