Educational innovation has become a cornerstone of modern educational reform, driven by advancements in technology, changing learner needs, globalization, and the growing demand for 21st-century skills. Teachers play a pivotal role in implementing and sustaining innovative educational practices, making their perceptions and experiences critical to the success of educational transformation initiatives. This study investigates teachers’ perspectives on educational innovation, focusing on perceived benefits, challenges, adoption factors, and impacts on teaching and learning outcomes. A mixed-method research design involving 780 teachers from primary, secondary, and higher education institutions was employed. Quantitative data were collected through structured questionnaires, while qualitative insights were obtained through interviews and focus group discussions. Findings indicate that teachers generally hold positive attitudes toward educational innovation, particularly regarding student engagement, instructional effectiveness, and professional growth. However, barriers such as limited resources, insufficient training, resistance to change, and workload pressures continue to affect implementation. The study proposes a comprehensive framework for supporting innovation adoption and fostering sustainable educational transformation.
