Sustainability has become a central concern for educational institutions facing rapid technological advancements, societal changes, environmental challenges, and increasing stakeholder expectations. Sustainable educational leadership refers to leadership practices that promote long-term organizational effectiveness, educational excellence, social responsibility, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement. This study investigates sustainable educational leadership practices and their influence on institutional resilience, teacher performance, student achievement, and organizational sustainability. A mixed-method research design involving 750 participants from schools, colleges, and universities was employed. Quantitative findings reveal that sustainable leadership significantly contributes to organizational stability, stakeholder engagement, innovation, and educational quality. Qualitative analyses highlight the importance of shared leadership, ethical decision-making, strategic planning, and capacity building. The study proposes an integrated sustainable educational leadership framework that supports long-term institutional development while addressing contemporary educational challenges.
