Educational institutions worldwide face increasing pressure to adapt to technological advancements, changing workforce demands, globalization, and evolving learner expectations. Strategic planning has become essential for fostering educational innovation and ensuring institutional sustainability in a rapidly changing environment. This study explores the role of strategic planning in promoting educational innovation within schools, colleges, and universities. A mixed-method research design was employed using a simulated dataset involving 250 educational institutions, 500 administrators, and 2,500 faculty members. Quantitative analyses examined the relationship between strategic planning practices and innovation outcomes, while qualitative findings investigated leadership perspectives on innovation management. Results demonstrate that institutions with comprehensive strategic planning frameworks exhibit higher levels of technological adoption, curriculum innovation, faculty engagement, and student success. Effective leadership, stakeholder participation, data-driven decision-making, and resource allocation emerged as critical determinants of successful educational innovation. The study concludes that strategic planning serves as a foundational mechanism for achieving sustainable educational transformation and institutional excellence.
