Learning Management Systems (LMS) have become a cornerstone of modern education, enabling institutions to deliver, manage, and evaluate learning activities efficiently. The rapid adoption of digital learning environments has increased interest in understanding how LMS platforms influence educational effectiveness. This study examines the relationship between Learning Management Systems and educational effectiveness in higher education institutions. Using a mixed-method approach involving surveys, interviews, and academic performance analysis among 500 university students and faculty members, the research evaluates the impact of LMS adoption on student engagement, learning outcomes, instructional efficiency, and satisfaction. Results indicate that LMS platforms significantly enhance educational effectiveness by improving accessibility, communication, content delivery, and assessment management. However, challenges such as technological barriers, user resistance, and digital literacy gaps continue to affect optimal utilization. The study concludes that strategic implementation and continuous support are critical for maximizing LMS effectiveness in higher education.
