Teacher training plays a fundamental role in ensuring educational quality and student success. Rapid technological advancements, changing pedagogical paradigms, and evolving learner needs have necessitated innovative approaches to teacher preparation and professional development. Traditional teacher training models often emphasize theoretical instruction, whereas contemporary educational environments require practical, technology-enhanced, collaborative, and personalized learning experiences for educators. This study investigates innovative approaches to teacher training and evaluates their impact on instructional effectiveness, digital competence, pedagogical innovation, and teacher confidence. Using a mixed-method research design involving 720 teachers and educational administrators, the study examines the effectiveness of simulation-based learning, online professional development, micro-credentialing, peer mentoring, artificial intelligence-assisted training, and collaborative learning communities. Findings indicate that innovative teacher training approaches significantly improve teaching effectiveness, technology integration, professional confidence, and learner-centered instructional practices. The study proposes an integrated teacher training framework designed to support continuous professional growth and educational innovation.
