Digital transformation has become a strategic imperative for educational institutions worldwide. Advances in information and communication technologies (ICT), artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, big data analytics, and digital learning platforms have fundamentally changed the way educational organizations operate, deliver instruction, manage resources, and engage stakeholders. This study explores the impact of digital transformation on educational institutions, focusing on teaching and learning processes, administrative efficiency, student engagement, and institutional competitiveness. A quantitative and qualitative research framework was employed using a simulated dataset of 2,000 students, 300 faculty members, and 100 administrators across higher education institutions. Findings reveal that digital transformation significantly improves operational efficiency, academic performance, accessibility, and stakeholder satisfaction. However, challenges such as digital inequality, cybersecurity risks, resistance to change, and infrastructure limitations remain barriers to successful implementation. The study concludes that educational institutions must adopt comprehensive digital strategies, invest in technological infrastructure, and promote digital literacy to maximize the benefits of digital transformation.
