The digital transformation of education has fundamentally altered the roles and responsibilities of educational leaders. Digital leadership has emerged as a critical factor in guiding educational organizations through technological change, fostering innovation, enhancing institutional performance, and supporting digital learning ecosystems. This study investigates the role of digital leadership in educational organizations and examines its influence on organizational effectiveness, teacher performance, student outcomes, and institutional innovation. A mixed-method research design involving 700 participants, including administrators, teachers, and students from higher education institutions and schools, was employed. Findings indicate that effective digital leadership significantly contributes to successful technology integration, improved organizational culture, enhanced decision-making, and increased stakeholder engagement. Digital leaders facilitate strategic planning, encourage innovation, and support professional development initiatives. The study concludes that digital leadership is essential for educational organizations seeking sustainable growth and competitiveness in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
