Transformational leadership has emerged as one of the most influential leadership paradigms in educational institutions, fostering innovation, organizational commitment, and continuous improvement. Educational leaders are increasingly expected to inspire stakeholders, promote collaborative cultures, and navigate complex educational reforms in rapidly changing environments. This study examines the impact of transformational leadership on institutional performance, teacher motivation, student outcomes, and organizational effectiveness in educational institutions. A mixed-method research design involving 450 teachers, 120 administrators, and 600 students from higher education institutions and secondary schools was employed. Quantitative survey data and qualitative interviews were analyzed to evaluate leadership practices and their influence on institutional success. Findings indicate that transformational leadership positively affects teacher job satisfaction, organizational commitment, innovation adoption, and student academic achievement. The study highlights the critical role of visionary leadership in promoting educational excellence and sustainable institutional development. Recommendations are provided for leadership development programs and policy initiatives aimed at strengthening transformational leadership capacities in educational settings.
